Harlan County High School Golf  Team

Welcome to the HCHS Golf Team Website

Golf at Harlan County High School begins in July and is open to any student interested in learning the game. A round of golf consists of playing 18 such holes. There are basically two forms of play, one which is decided by holes won and lost (match play) and the other which is decided by the total number of strokes taken to complete the round (stroke play). Our home matches are played at Harlan Country Club and Sleepy Hollow Golf Course in Cumberland. Goals of the Harlan County Golf Team include: Developing qualities that prepare its participants for the next phase of their lives and improving participant’s individual skills in regards to golf.

On the Results and Improvement page you can see videos on how to improve your golf skills and you will see some of the team members' results.
